I bought a voucher for a young girl , who gave me an incorrect email address by mistake, When I contacted 'help chat' Connor was REALLY helpful & resent a new voucher to another email address for me. WELL DONE for the quick & efficient service

I am so disappointed in New Look. I ordered a selection of shoes through their website. I am a size 9 so there are very few choices to try on in store. I walked into town with my returns, and was told that because I used PayPal I was unable to get a refund in store. So then I had to carry around 5 pairs of shoes for the remainder of my trip.
It was not made clear at all at the time of purchase that you cannot return items to store if you pay using PayPal. It is also not stated on the paper work sent with the delivery.
Ultimately PayPal is just linked to my credit card, so I don’t understand why they could not process the return against that card.
I will now have to wait a lot longer to get my refund back on my card.
This whole experience has made me decide never to use New Look again. I am so disappointed in the service I have received.

I tried to return my jeans to store as they were an incorrect size and fitting ( I wore them for work )size 10 they was ok at a bit big then after 1 hr were absolutely huge ? The fit is all wrong on them like maternity something really wasn’t rite with them I paid 29.99 and the lady smugly laughed at me like I was stupid I’m so annoyed because I can’t wear them. I even worked for new look years ago I would never of treated a customer the way I was treated. Just a waste

Looking to see if an item was in any of the stores,a lovely girl called Sophie was so helpful,tyring all the stores for me,but couldn't find a store that had it in,but also send me a code number to try again,what a lovely experience for Sophie to go beyond her duty,Thank you Sophie.
